Another Edmund, son of Giles was baptised in 1810. However, this appears to be another from Low Pecthill (Eccleshill, not Lower Darwen).
General Notes
This is Edmund the weaver (not husbandman) of Lower Darwen, revealed by son Edmond's birth.
Therre are several children Edmund and Ann baptised at Middleton. This is another Edmund (1694-1743) and Ann family. Edmund born Oldham.
6 Feb 1721, Edmund Howarth of Bury parish married Anne Styfaker of Langley and they had a daughter Betty baptised 15 months later, but mother named Jennet.
By 1725, Edmund of Walmsley Fold had become in posession of the property left to his father (i.e. The Hill), a leashold estate for the term of three lives.
By 1744 when his daughter famously married Robet Peel, father of Sir Robet Peel (and grandfather Sir Robert Peel the British Prime Minister), he had property so could be described as a gentleman.

On the 27 May 1739, both Edmunds had their daughters baptised (Ann and Mary) at Blackburn.
