John Longworth

John was born in February 1847 in Horwich.¹

John's father was Robert Longworth and his mother was Catherine Mather. His maternal grandparents were Richard Mather and Hannah Knowles. He had four brothers and five sisters, named William, John, Daniel, Robert, Jane, Nancy, Sarah, Catherine and Alice. John and Robert were twins. He had two half-sisters named Betty and Betty. He died at 1 months old in March 1847 in Horwich. His burial was on March 13th, 1847 in Horwich.²¹
