Mary Clarkson

Mary was born on January 2nd, 1867 in Blackburn and her baptism took place there on June 16th, 1867 conducted by Curate R. Mayall.¹²

Mary's father was William Clarkson and her mother was Sarah Collings. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Clarkson and Mary Rainford; her maternal grandparents were William Collings and Maria Mather. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Peter, Richard, Thomas, Adam, Maria and Sarah. She was the sixth oldest of the seven children.

General Notes
- Mary is missing on the 1901 census, so presumably she married. Between 1891 and 1901, there were three Mary Clarkson Marriages in Blackburn (many more in Lancashire):
