Isham E. Malphrus

Isham E. was born about 1834 in St. Lukes Parish, Beaufort Co., SC.¹   Isham E.'s father was William Edward Malphrus and his mother was Sarah. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John Isaac, William T., James Edward, William Allen, Nancy and Rachel Ann.  He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He had six half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Seaborn Nathaniel, John Brooker, Joseph Joshua, Ulysses Oliver, Rubin Jacob, Cornelius, Mary Rebecca, Sarah and Emily Jane.¹
