Sarah Ann+ Cook 
Sarah Ann+ was born on October 12th, 1732 in York, PA. Sarah Ann+'s father was Thomas Cook and her mother was Mary+ Underwood. Her paternal grandparents were Peter Cook and Elinor Norman; her maternal grandparents were Alexander+ Underwood and Mary Jane+ Harris. She had two brothers and a sister, named Abraham, Thomas and Mary. She was the second oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 63 on December 2nd, 1795 in Westfield, Surrey, NC.
