Thomas was born about 1751. Thomas' father was Thomas Cook and his mother was Mary+ Underwood. His paternal grandparents were Peter Cook and Elinor Norman; his maternal grandparents were Alexander+ Underwood and Mary Jane+ Harris. He had a brother and two sisters, named Abraham, Sarah Ann+ and Mary. He was the youngest of the four children. He died on February 23rd, 1805 in Deep River Mm, Guilford, NC.-
