Thomas Cook 
Thomas was born on April 5th, 1778 in Guilford, NC. Thomas' father was Thomas Cook and his mother was Mary Mills. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Cook and Mary+ Underwood; his maternal grandparents were John+ Mills and Sarah+ Beals. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, Isaac, John, Jacob, William, Zimri, Nathan, Sarah and Elizabeth. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 63 on February 14th, 1842 in Wayne Co., IN.General Notes
