Thomas Cook 
Thomas was born on August 29th, 1704 in Norwich, Cheshire, England. Thomas' father was Peter Cook and his mother was Elinor Norman. His paternal grandparents are John+ Cook and Mary+ X; his maternal grandparents are Johannes+ Norman and Maria+ Worral. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Isaac, Peter, Abraham, Samuel, Mary, Rebecca and Elinor. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 47 in 1751 in London Grove, York, PA.General Notes
