Samuel Cook 
Samuel was born on February 23rd, 1712 in Norwich, England. Samuel's father was Peter Cook and his mother was Elinor Norman. His paternal grandparents are John+ Cook and Mary+ X; his maternal grandparents are Johannes+ Norman and Maria+ Worral. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Isaac, Thomas, Peter, Abraham, Mary, Rebecca and Elinor. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 1 on May 25th, 1713 in Philadelphia, PA.General Notes
