Mary Beals

Mary was born on January 17th, 1771 in NC. Mary's father was Bowater+ Beals and her mother was Sarah Ann+ Cook. Her paternal grandparents were John II+ Beals and Sarah+ Bowater; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Cook and Mary+ Underwood. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, John Bowater, Jacob+, Nathan, Ann, Ruth, Phebe and Sarah Charity. She is the second youngest of the nine children.
