Reba Straley

Reba was born on December 24th, 1903 in Sterling City, Texas.¹ Reba's father was Thomas Jefferson Straley and her mother was Lucy Allen Cope. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Leland Straley and Sarah Rebecca Clark. She had six brothers and five sisters, named Harry Artemis, Thomas Jefferson, Charles Spurgeon, George Leland, John Cope, Thurman Ernest, Sadie Allen, Alice, Myrtle Willie, Lucy Ophelia and Thelma Ethel. She was the fourth youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 49 on July 28th, 1953 in El Paso, Texas.¹
