Mattie Elizabeth Straley

Mattie Elizabeth was born on December 12th, 1900.¹ Mattie Elizabeth's father was John Henry Straley and her mother was Mary Magdaline Popnoe. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Leland Straley and Sarah Rebecca Clark. She had a brother and a sister, named Henry Bland and Mrytle Thelma. She was the second oldest of the three children. She had four half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Joseph Leland, James D, John, Charles D., Ethel, Bertha Mary, Magdaline, Earnestine, Crystal and Ada. She died at the age of 6 on January 25th, 1907.¹
