James D Straley

James D was born on February 3rd, 1885.¹ James D's father was John Henry Straley and his mother was Addie Octovarie Popnoe. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Leland Straley and Sarah Rebecca Clark. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Joseph Leland, John, Ethel, Bertha Mary, Magdaline and Earnestine. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Henry Bland, Mattie Elizabeth and Mrytle Thelma. He died at the age of 76 on August 2nd, 1961.¹
