Ethel Straley 
Ethel was born on March 8th, 1882 in Coleman Co, Texas.1 Ethel's father was John Henry Straley and her mother was Addie Octovarie Popnoe. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Leland Straley and Sarah Rebecca Clark. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Joseph Leland, James D, John, Bertha Mary, Magdaline and Earnestine. She was the oldest of the seven children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Henry Bland, Mattie Elizabeth and Mrytle Thelma. She died at just 22 days old on March 30th, 1882. She was buried in Silver Valley Cemetery, Coleman Co, Texas.1 -
