Henry Bland Straley

Henry Bland was born on May 10th, 1897 in Texas.¹ Henry Bland's father was John Henry Straley and his mother was Mary Magdaline Popnoe. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Leland Straley and Sarah Rebecca Clark. He had two sisters named Mattie Elizabeth and Mrytle Thelma. He was the oldest of the three children. He had four half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Joseph Leland, James D, John, Charles D., Ethel, Bertha Mary, Magdaline, Earnestine, Crystal and Ada. He died at the age of 80 in 1977.¹
