Mary was born about 1429 in Perth,Perthshire,Scotland.  Mary's father was James I King Scotland King and her mother was Joan de Beaufort Queen of Scotland.  Her paternal grandparents were Robert III (Robert John STEWART) King Scotland and Annabella (of Stoball) Drummond; her maternal grandparents were John (1st Earl of Somerset) Beaufort and Margaret (of Kent) Holland. She had two brothers and six sisters, named Alexander, James II (the Fiery Face) King of, Margaret Stewart of, Isabella Elizabeth, Joan Janet, Annabella, Eleanor and Isabel (Princess). She had three half-brothers named John of Atholl, James (1st Earl of Buchan) and Andrew.  She died on March 20th, 1465 in Kstl Sandenburch,Veere,Zeeland,Netherlands.  She was buried in Groote Kerk,Veere,Zeeland,Netherlands.
