William Mure 
William was born about 1265 in <Rowallan,Kilmarnock,Ayr,Scotland>.1 William's father was Archibald , Of Rowallan, Sir Knight Mure and his mother was Margaret Montgomery. His paternal grandparents were Gilchrist , Sir Knight Mure and Isabel Comyn; his maternal grandparents were Sir. John Montgomery Earl of Eaglesham and Margaret Murray Lady of Bothwell. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Robert (Reginald), Andrew (Andro), Margaret and Jonet. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died about 1348.1 -
