Margaret was born about 1299 in Liddel,Cumberland,England and her baptism took place in ,of Bourne,Lincolnshire,England.1   Margaret's father was John Wake [Sir Knight] and her mother was Joan Fitzbernard.  Her paternal grandparents were Baldwin Wake and Hawise De Quincy; her maternal grandparents were John Fitzbernard Of Kingsdown, Sir and Joan. She had two brothers named Thomas and John.  She was the youngest of the three children.  She died on September 29th, 1349.2
