John I, known as Lackland, was born on December 24th, 1167 in Beaumont Palace,Oxford,England.  Lackland's father was King Henry II Plantagenet Of England and his mother was Duchess Eleanor De Aquitaine.  His paternal grandparents were Count Geoffrey V (The Fair) Plantagenet Of Anjou and Empress Matilda De Normandy Of The Holy Roman Empire, Queen Of England; his maternal grandparents were Duke William X (The Toulousan) De Poiters Of Aquitaine and Eleanor De La Roche Of Chatellerault. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William, Richard I, Geoffrey IV, Henry, Matilda, Eleanor and Joan. He had six half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Longespee, Hugh, Richard, Geoffrey, Peter, Morgan, Matilda, Mary and Alisa.  He died at the age of 48 on October 19th, 1216 in Newark Castle,Newark,Nottinghamshire,England.  He was buried in WORCESTER CATHEDRAL.

‌Lackland and Isabella were married in a religious ceremony on August 24th, 1200 in BORDEAUX,GIRONDE,FRANCE.1   They had two sons and three daughters, named Henry III, Richard, Joan, Isabella and Eleanor.

They had a daughter named Joanna.
