John I, known as Lackland, was born on December 24th, 1167 in Beaumont Palace,Oxford,England.  He died at the age of 48 on October 19th, 1216 in Newark Castle,Newark,Nottinghamshire,England.  He was buried in WORCESTER CATHEDRAL.
