William III, known as Atheling, was born before August 5th, 1103 in Selby,Yorkshire,England.1   Atheling's father was King Henry I (Beaucleric, Fine Scholar) De Normandy Of England and his mother was Princess Matilda (Edith) Ceanmor Of Scotland.  His paternal grandparents were King William I (The Couqueror) De Normandy Of England and Matilda De Flanders; his maternal grandparents were King Malcolm III (Longneck) Ceanmor Of Scotland and Saint Margaret Atheling. He had a brother and three sisters, named Richard, Elizabeth, Euphamia and Matilda.  He was the third oldest of the five children. He had nine half-brothers and twelve half-sisters, named Richard, Fulk, Henry, Robert, William, Gilbert, Fitzhenry, Robert, Reginald, Juliana, Elizabeth Joan, Eustacis, Sibylla Elizabeth, Emma, Gundrada, Rohese, Constance Maud, Matilda, Alice, Isabelle and Maud.  He died on November 26th, 1119 in At Sea,Barfleur,Manche,France.2
