Richard II, known as The Good, was born in 0963 in Normandy,France and his baptism took place in France - aka Ric.1 2   The Good's father was Duke Richard I (Sans Peur - The Fearless) De Normandy and his mother was Princess Gunnora Haraldsdoittir Of Denmark.  His paternal grandparents were Duke William I (Longsword) De Normandy and Lady Espriota (Adela) Carolingian Of Senlis; his maternal grandparents were King Harald III (Bluetooth) Gormsson Of Denmark, Forester Of Arques and Queen Gunhilda Olafsdoittir Of Denmark. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Geoffrey, Robert, Guillaume, Ralph, Beatrice, Matilda, Maud and Hawise.  He was the oldest of the nine children. He had two half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Godfrey, Mauger, Emma, Sporta, Fredesende, Muriella and Papia.  He died at the age of 64 on August 28th, 1027 in Faecamp,Normandy,France.  He was buried in Fecamp,Seine Inferieure,Normandy.1 


The Good's first family with Judith Berengar Of Brittany

‌The Good and Judith were married in a religious ceremony in 1000 in Fecamp,Normandy,France.  They had four sons and four daughters, named Curthose, William-Nicholas, The Young, The Devil, Frasenda, Margaret, Judith Adelaide and Emme.


The Good's second family with Poppa De Normandy

‌The Good and Poppa were married in a religious ceremony in 1024 in 1st wife.11   They had two sons and a daughter, named William, Mauger and Papia.
