Eleanor Plantagenet 
Eleanor was born on October 11th, 1162 in Falais, Calvados, France or Domfront, Normandy.1 Eleanor's father was Henry II Curtmantle King of England and her mother was Eleanor de Aquitaine Dss of Aquitaine. Her paternal grandparents were Geoffrey V Plantagenet the Fair Ct of Anjou and Matilda (Adelaide) the Empress Queen of England; her maternal grandparents were Guillaume VIII the Toulousan Ct of Poitou and Eleanor de Rochefoucauld. She had a brother named John Lackland Plantagenet. She was the older of the two children. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named William Longspee and Agnes. She died at the age of 52 on October 31st, 1214 in Burgos, Spain.1 -
