Simon de Montfort sn de Montfort

Simon de Montfort was born in 1025 in Montfort, Eure, France.¹   Simon de Montfort's father was Amauri de Montfort I sn de Montfort and his mother was Bertrade De GOMMETZ.  His paternal grandparents were William de Bastinbourg and Albreda de Montfort de Esperon; his maternal grandfather was Guillaume de Gometz. He had two half-brothers named Simon I and Simon.  He died at the age of 62 on September 25th, 1087 in St. Thomas, France.¹
