Lewis Allie Piper 
Lewis Allie was born on April 16th, 1897 in Fayette County,KY. Lewis Allie's father was Augustus Bowman Piper and his mother was Lucy Willard Hammond. His paternal grandparents were William Chauncey Piper and Mary Lavinia Sims. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Edward Sims, James Augustus, Walter Clay, George Bowman, Nelle Sanford, Mary Hammond, Lula Allen, Artemisia and Ann Coleman. He was the second youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 74 on July 22nd, 1971 in Woodford Co.,KY. He was buried in Lexington Cemetery,Lexington,Fayette Co.,KY.General Notes
