George Henry Turner

George was born on March 5th, 1869 in Forest, Tasmania, Australia.¹ George's father was Henry William Turner and his mother was Emily Jane Mears. His paternal grandparents were William Turner and Elizabeth Cannings. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Arthur, William, Frederick, Albert, Leslie, Alfred, Minnie and Lottie. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He had a half-sister named Emily. He died due to Disease of the brain - Exhaustion at the age of 15 on June 8th, 1884 in Forest, Tasmania, Australia.¹
