Elizabeth Cannings

Elizabeth was born in 1803 in Laverstock, Wiltshire and her baptism took place there on September 4th, 1803.¹² Elizabeth's father was Thomas Cannings and her mother was Sarah Brown. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Cannings and Ann Austence; her maternal grandparents were John Brown and Sarah Tubb. She had six brothers and three sisters, named William, William, Thomas, Solomon, James, Daniel, Mary, Harriet and Sarah. She was the fifth oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 49 in 1852 in Wilton, Wiltshire.³
