Frederick James Turner

Frederick was born on June 6th, 1873 in Black River, Tasmania, Australia.¹ Frederick's father was Henry William Turner and his mother was Emily Jane Mears. His paternal grandparents were William Turner and Elizabeth Cannings. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Arthur, George, William, Albert, Leslie, Alfred, Minnie and Lottie. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children. He had a half-sister named Emily. He died at the age of 77 on October 4th, 1950 in Latrobe, Tasmania, Australia.¹
