Thomas Walton 
Thomas was born in 1833 in Levenshulme and his baptism took place on June 30th, 1833 in Gorton.1 Thomas' father was John Walton and his mother was Sarah Mather. His maternal grandparents were Joseph Mather and Ann (Hannah) Hindley. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named James, Joshua, John, Thomas, Eli, Luke, Allen, Mary and Ellen. He was the oldest of the ten children. He died before 1841.General Notes
Thomas was probably the son of John and Sarah but born a Levenshulme before the family moved to Middleton, Bury. He was not with the family in 1841.
Mother Sarah was born at Levenshulme and John was a Bleacher, so it fits well.
