Nathan Cumley Mather Snr

Nathan was born on May 4th, 1848 in Baltimore County.¹ Nathan's father was William Mather and his mother was Helen (Ellen) Cunliffe. His paternal grandparents were Richard Mather and Hannah Knowles; his maternal grandparents were James Cunliffe and Ann Gibson. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Robert, Samuel, William, Catherine, Anne and Elizabeth. He had an adopted sister named Hannah. He died at the age of 81 in January 1930 in Virginia (VA). His burial was on January 5th, 1930 in Virginia (VA).¹¹
