Margaret (Peggy) Mather

Margaret, known as Peggy, was born about 1807 in Withnell.¹

  If Peggy had Henry in 1823, then she would have been a bit older. The Age 10 is rounded!

Peggy's father was Ralph Mather and her mother was Ann Clarkson. Her paternal grandparents were James Mather and Esther Mason; her maternal grandparents were Peter Clarkson and Ann Constantine. She had three brothers and five sisters, named James, John, Alexander, Jane, Mary, Sarah, Betty and Ann. She was the sixth oldest of the nine known children.
