Frederick Mather

Frederick was born in June 1839 in Heap and his baptism took place on May 5th, 1839 at St. Mary-the-Virgin (Bury).¹

Frederick's father was James Mather and his mother was Sarah Aked. His paternal grandparents were Bold (Bould) Mather and Alice Taylor. He had five brothers and a sister, named Edmund, John, Robert, Alfred, Aked and Alice. He was the sixth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 51 on August 8th, 1890 in Iowa. His burial was in August 1890 in Iowa.²
