John Aked Mather

John was born in 1829 in Heywood.¹

John's father was James Mather and his mother was Sarah Aked. His paternal grandparents were Bold (Bould) Mather and Alice Taylor. He had five brothers and a sister, named Edmund, Robert, Alfred, Frederick, Aked and Alice. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 86 on August 23rd, 1915 in Pennsylvania (PA). His burial was in August 1915 in Pennsylvania (PA).¹
