Ellen Mather

Ellen was born in 1799 in Prescot.  Ellen's father was Thomas Mather and her mother was Elizabeth Garswood.  Her paternal grandparents were Ralph Mather and Ann Thompson. She had five brothers and six sisters, named Ralph, Thomas, William, William, William, Margaret, John, Mary, Elizabeth, Ann and Mary.  Mary and Ellen were twins.  She died at the age of 1 in April 1800 in Prescot.  She was buried on April 6th, 1800 in Prescot.¹
