Ann Mather

Ann was born on February 15th, 1810 in Blackrod and her baptism took place on March 11th, 1810 at St. Katherine (B'rod).¹

Ann's father was Nathan Mather and her mother was Alice Makinson. Her paternal grandparents were John Mather and Ann Entwistle. She had three brothers and six sisters, named John, Nathan, Richard, Mary, Alice, Elizabeth, Ellen, Agnes and Sarah. She was the oldest of the ten children. She died after 1881.
