Thomas Lea

Thomas was born in 1836 in Harthill and his baptism took place on September 8th, 1835 at All Saints, Harthill.¹²

Thomas' father was William Lea and his mother was Jane Stubbs. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named John, Charles, Sarah, Frances, Mina, Emma, Sarah, Anne and Jane. He was the nineth oldest of the ten children. He had a half-brother named William. He died at the age of 74 on November 30th, 1910 in Broxton. His burial was in Harthill.³⁴
