John James Buckley

John's father was William Buckley and his mother was Ann Pollitt (Greenhalgh). His paternal grandparents were Jonathan Buckley and Mary Webster; his maternal grandparents were Miles Pollitt and Betty (Elizabeth) Openshaw Greenhalgh. He had a brother and three sisters, named Ben, Sarah, Esther and Sarah. He was the third oldest of the five children. He had four half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Levi, John, Phipps, Thomas, Mary, Hannah, Agnes and Martha. He died at the age of 73 in July 1950 in Bolton. His burial was on July 6th, 1950 in Lancashire.³⁴
