  Note: All are listed in date order except Jonathon. This is probably because Jonathon was baptised in 1807 (i.e. not 1827 as shown). 1807 would also be consistent with census returns. Mary Crook may not be the same family as baptised by a different minister.

Jonathan was born on January 21st, 1807 in Bolton and his baptism took place on January 21st, 1807 at Moor Lane Baptist.¹²

  All the other siblings were Baptised at Moor Lane Baptist, Bolton le Moors, Lancashire. Jonathan's record isn't indexed with FamilySearch.org.uk so perhaps Jonathan isn't part of this family.
  
  I suspect the following FamilySearch.org record may be a typo, and is actually 21 Jan 1807. This would then match with all other records, including ALL his siblings baptism records at the same place. The death index also suggests he was born in 1807.

  WARNING: There is another Jonathan Buckley of Old Bank, Slategetter baptised 2 May 1807 at Oldham, son of James and Betty.

Jonathan's father was John Buckley and his mother was Mary Crook. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Buckley and Sarah Ogden; his maternal grandparents were John Crook and Rachel Kay. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Cornelius, Benjamin, Sarah, Mary and Ellen. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 74 in March 1881 in Bolton.³

- 1839 and 1841, John and Ellen's births were registered in East Bolton.
  
  In 1841, Jn'n and Mary (both 30) were at Martins Houses, East Bolton and had Hannah (9), William (4), John (2), Ellen (6 mo) and Alice Fishwich (45, F.S.).
  
  After 1843, Jonathan and Mary lived in the Lever district of South Bolton.
  
  In 1851, Jonathan and Mary (44 & 42) were at Canal Street North, Darcy Lever and had Hannah (17), William (14), John (12), Ellen (10), Joseph (7) and Sarah Ann (1).
  
  In 1861, Jonathan and Mary (53 & 52) were at Knoll Place, Darcy Lever.
  
  In 1871, Jonathan and Mary Buckley (64 & 62) were living at Knoww Place, Darcy Lever with Ellen (29), Levi (18) and oldest son William (33, Wid) with his two children Mary and Phipps (Philip), aged 11 & 6. Cornelius Buckley was a neighbour.
