Martha was born in December 1868 in Darcy Lever.¹

Birth Notes

Martha's father was William Buckley and her mother was Nancy Gregory. Her paternal grandparents were Jonathan Buckley and Mary Webster. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Levi, John, Phipps, Mary, Hannah and Agnes. She had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named John, Ben, Sarah, Esther and Sarah. She died at 3 months old in March 1869 in Bolton.¹
