Alice Booth

Alice was born in June 1802 in Harwood and her baptism took place on June 30th, 1802.¹

- Abode: Harwood

Alice's father was Richard Booth and her mother was Catherine Whalley. Her paternal grandparents were Edward Booth and Betty Chadwick. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, Richard, Adam, Adam, Alice, Elizabeth, Peggy, Jane and Ellen. She was the fifth oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 53 on November 1st, 1855 in Salt Lake County/City.²

General Notes
- In 1841, Alice Beswick nee Smith (35) and her son Benjamin (15) were with her Jane Howarth (nee Booth). Benjamin's father was Benjamin Booth of Tottington. Was this the same Alice?
  
  In 1851, Alice was still with her sister and family.
