Thomas Booth

Thomas was born in November 1788 in Breightmet and his baptism took place on November 28th, 1788 at St. Peter's (Bolton).

Thomas' father was Richard Booth and his mother was Catherine Whalley. His paternal grandparents were Edward Booth and Betty Chadwick. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Richard, Adam, Adam, Alice, Alice, Elizabeth, Peggy, Jane and Ellen. He was the oldest of the ten children.

General Notes
- Thomas and Alice lived at Breightmet Hill. Baptisms for William, Catherine, Martha, Mary and Margaret are all recorded together (although dates range from 1810 to 1827).
