Alice Booth

Alice was born in 1791 in Breightmet and her baptism took place on August 11th, 1791 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹

Alice's father was Richard Booth and her mother was Catherine Whalley.  Her paternal grandparents were Edward Booth and Betty Chadwick. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, Richard, Adam, Adam, Alice, Elizabeth, Peggy, Jane and Ellen.  She was the second oldest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 1 in December 1792 in Breightmet.  She was buried on December 6th, 1792 at St. Peter's (Bolton).^2 2
