In 1820, James Beswick, weaver married Alice Booth. I have strong DNA connections to James and/or Alice. Of all their children, only Nancy gave them grandchildren.
In 1841, James Beswick (50, Cotton Weaver) was with his three surviving children: Nancy (16), James (12) and Alice (7) at Tombling Fold, Tonge. This is very likely "Tomlin Fold" next to Under Shore on the map and 1841 census (see map).
James and Alice emigrated to Utah, USA
19 Oct 1842, James died at Tomlin Fold, Tong with Haulgh, aged 55 years. Richard Booth was the informant.
