Ralph Shaffner

Ralph was born on June 7th, 1885.¹   Ralph's father was John J. Schaffner and his mother was Harriet Jane Minich.  His paternal grandparents were Andrew Schaffner and Phoebe Hoffman. He had six brothers and nine sisters, named Harry George, Jacob O., Edgar, Charles, Nettie P., Marion Gilbert, Annie Elizabeth, Katharine Nolen, Rosie, Emma E., Helen, Nora, Alice, Harriet and Bertha.  He was the sixth youngest of the sixteen children.  He died at 11 months old on May 17th, 1886.¹
