Jacob O. Shaffner

Jacob O. was born on March 6th, 1876.¹   Jacob O.'s father was John J. Schaffner and his mother was Harriet Jane Minich.  His paternal grandparents were Andrew Schaffner and Phoebe Hoffman. He had six brothers and nine sisters, named Harry George, Edgar, Charles, Nettie P., Marion Gilbert, Ralph, Annie Elizabeth, Katharine Nolen, Rosie, Emma E., Helen, Nora, Alice, Harriet and Bertha.  He was the fifth oldest of the sixteen children.¹
