Annie Elizabeth Shaffner

Annie Elizabeth was born on January 14th, 1869.¹   Annie Elizabeth's father was John J. Schaffner and her mother was Harriet Jane Minich.  Her paternal grandparents were Andrew Schaffner and Phoebe Hoffman. She had seven brothers and eight sisters, named Harry George, Jacob O., Edgar, Charles, Nettie P., Marion Gilbert, Ralph, Katharine Nolen, Rosie, Emma E., Helen, Nora, Alice, Harriet and Bertha.  She was the oldest of the sixteen children.¹
