"Tete-Hardi"'s father was Count William ("le Grand") I of Burgundy and his mother was Etienette de Longwy.  His paternal grandparents were Count Palatine Renaud de Lombardy I of Burgundy & Macon and Alice of Normandy; his maternal grandparents were Raymond ("Towhead") Berenger II (III) and Maud of Hauteville. He had a brother and four sisters, named Raymond, Ermentrude, Gisele, Maud and Clemence.  He died on May 27th, 1102 in Rama, Palestine.


"Tete-Hardi"'s family with Beatrix de Lorraine

‌"Tete-Hardi" and Beatrix were married in a religious ceremony about 1090.  They had two sons and a daughter, named William, Renaud and Clemence-Margarite.
