Alvie Roscoe was born on November 18th, 1915 in Coffee Co., AL.1 Alvie Roscoe's father was John MacDonald Rushing and his mother was Missouri Ann Cook. His paternal grandparents were Mathew M. (Mack) Rushing and Sarah Jane Amerson; his maternal grandparents were John F. Cook and Ann Miller. He had three brothers and four sisters, named George W., Edlow, Alto P., Lillie Mae, Sarah Ann, Mary Alice and Onvie Marion. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Ronald Hubbard, Grover Cleveland, Rufus Sanders, Cecil Walter, Mamie Eudora, Claudie Bell and Pearlie. He died at the age of 77 on July 16th, 1993 in ?.1 General Notes
