William Garrett 
William was born on September 9th, 1763.1 William's father was Edward II Garrett and his mother was Ann West Ousley. His paternal grandparents were Edward I Garrett and Elizabeth Catlett. He had seven brothers and seven sisters, named John, Nicholas Ware, Jesse, Sr., James, Stephen, Hosea, Edward III, Elizabeth, Frances Fannie, Rhoda, Dorcus, Mary, Martha and Irene Kiziah. He was the third oldest of the fifteen children. He died at the age of 82 in 1845.1 -
