Frances Fannie Garrett 
Frances Fannie was born on May 11th, 1768 in Laurens County, South Carolina.1 Frances Fannie's father was Edward II Garrett and her mother was Ann West Ousley. Her paternal grandparents were Edward I Garrett and Elizabeth Catlett. She had eight brothers and six sisters, named John, William, Nicholas Ware, Jesse, Sr., James, Stephen, Hosea, Edward III, Elizabeth, Rhoda, Dorcus, Mary, Martha and Irene Kiziah. She was the sixth oldest of the fifteen children.-
